Dr Riza Kadilar

Dr Riza Kadilar is EMCC Global President. He has provided executive coaching to a large number of executives in the Turkish business environment, delivered on many coaching programmes, and has advised on the setting of up of mentoring programmes for various leading institutions. Riza is also an assessor/verifier for European Commission Executive Office for SMEs, and head of TechMentoring Institute at European Leadership University. He is a scientific committee member at Institut du Bosphore (Paris), and a trustee and board member at Hisar Education Foundation (Istanbul). Riza regularly speaks at international conferences and is the author of five published books in Turkish, and columnist at Bloomberg Businessweek Turkey. Dr. Kadilar contributes to the democratization of learning & development with his online platform (RK Academy) and also with his EMCC Quality Award recipient online micro credential course (MOOC) on coaching and mentoring. Dr. Kadilar’s current focus area is the effective use of executive coaching and mentoring for inclusive leadership development. He is an investor in technology startups, and provide business development and financial advisory services thru his company K Ventures. Alumni of Stanford University, HEC Paris, METU, and INSEAD, Dr. Riza Kadilar is a PhD in media economics. His professional career includes senior level bank management for almost thirty years in France, UK, Netherlands and Turkey. He is an EMCC accredited coach (EIA) at Senior Practitioner level, and ISMCP assessor.

Dr Lise Lewis

Dr Lise Lewis Formerly EMCC Global President (2011-2017), Lise now supports and promotes the work of EMCC Global as a Special Ambassador. Lise is an EMCC Global Individual Accredited Coach/Mentor (EIA) at Master Practitioner level and is an EMCC Global Individual Coach/Mentor Supervisor (ESIA). Her coach/mentor and coach/mentor supervisor training programmes are also accredited by EMCC Global (EQA and ESQA with integrated EIA and ESIA personal accreditations). Lise practices globally and regularly contributes pro bono coaching and supervision to international projects and was delighted to be a Winner of the 2019 EMCC Global Supervision Award. Professor David Clutterbuck

Professor David Clutterbuck is one of the early pioneers of developmental coaching and mentoring and co-founder of the European Mentoring & Coaching Council. Author of more than 70 books, including the first evidence-based titles on coaching culture and team coaching, he is visiting professor at four business schools. He leads a global network of specialist mentoring and coaching training consultants, Coaching and Mentoring International.

Rita Symons

Rita is a credible coach, mentor and leadership development specialist. She was an internal coach in the NHS and held numerous posts, including in commissioning, community and mental health services, ten years of which were at Board level. In 2016, she established a coaching and leadership development practice.

She is a practitioner with significant interest in research. She has undertaken research commissioned to inform the NHS Coaching Strategy, focusing on how coaching can be more inclusive, in terms of the diversity of coaches and individuals who are accessing coaching.

Until 2021, Rita was the UK President of EMCC UK. She is passionate about supporting coaches and mentors at all stages of their development, being an accredited supervisor as well as a senior practitioner coach. She now chairs the EMCC Global Centre for Excellence for Climate Action and Sustainability, working with a wonderful group of volunteers.

Dr Roger Maitland

Roger is a transition coach who partners with leaders, teams and organisations to thrive as they transition to a more sustainable future. His coaching focuses on developing the adaptive capacity necessary to create results in fast-changing environments. Roger’s experience as an entrepreneur and in coaching and consulting across emerging and developed economies in Sub-Saharan Africa, Europe and the USA has highlighted the importance of understanding context and resulted in a passion for the development of futures and systems thinking. Roger is a founding member and director of LifeLab, a coaching organisation that enables leaders, teams and organisations to navigate transitions through individual and group coaching. He is a research fellow and adjunct faculty member at the University of Stellenbosch Business School. Roger holds a Ph.D. in Business Administration (Corporate Sustainability) from the University of Cape Town, and a M.A. Professional Development (Coaching), passed with distinction, from Middlesex University. He is an accredited coach at the Master Practitioner level with the European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC Global).

Professor David Lane

As well as contributing to research and the professional development of coaching Professor Lane has coached in a wide range of organisations including major consultancies, multinationals, and public sector and government bodies. He also pioneered the international development of work based masters and doctorates degrees for experienced coaches. He was Chair of the British Psychological Society Register of Psychologists Specialising in Psychotherapy and convened the European Federation of Psychologists Associations group on Psychotherapy. He has served on committees of the BPS, CIPD, WABC and EMCC, as well as being a founder member of the Global Coaching Community. He is currently Chair of Association of Professional Executive Coaches and Supervisors. His contributions to counselling psychology led to the senior award of the BPS for “Outstanding Scientific Contribution”. In 2009 he was honoured by the British Psychological Society for his Distinguished Contribution to Professional Psychology. In 2016 the Royal College of Veterinary Surgeons conferred an Honorary Associateship for his work developing general practice.

Sam Isaacson

Sam Isaacson is an enthusiastic coachtech thought leader, as well as being an active coach and coach supervisor. He writes a popular LinkedIn newsletter and has written two books on the topic: How to Thrive as a Coach in a Digital World (Open University Press, 2021) and Superhuman Coaching (Hanwell Publishing, 2022). He is the founder of the Coachtech Collective, a global community of coaches grappling with technology, and works closely with the big coaching professional bodies on the development of thinking around technology and ethics. He is Chair of the Coaching Professional apprenticeship, the biggest coaching qualification in England.

With a background in professional services and a disruptive coaching technology startup, he's the first person to have delivered executive coaching in virtual reality. His coaching consultancy practice Coachtech Ltd, based in London, supports clients across the planet, with a particular focus on maturing organisational coaching ecosystems and enhancing coaching using technology, through coach development, coaching supervision, and advisory projects.

Dr Sezer Bozkus Kahyaoglu

Sezer Bozkus Kahyaoglu graduated from Bosporus University and earned a B.Sc. in Management. Sezer had an MA in Money, Banking, and Finance from Sheffield University and a Certification in Retail Banking from Manchester Business School. Sezer earned a Ph.D. in Econometrics from Dokuz Eylul University. Sezer worked in the finance sector in various positions. Sezer is on-site at Izmir Bakircay University as the head of the accounting and finance department. Sezer has recently joined UNISA, Financial Governance Department, and Johannesburg University Commercial Accounting Department in South Africa as an academic associate to contribute to international academic works. Her research interests mainly include Financial Data Analytics, Accounting, Auditing, Ethics, Coaching, Mentoring, and NLP. Sezer is the team leader of the Research Committee in the EMCC Türkiye Chapter and a volunteer member of the EMCC Global Research Excellence Center.

Rebecca Rutschmann

Cristina Mühl

Cristina Mühl embodies a remarkable fusion of extensive corporate experience and a profound commitment to the coaching profession. With a multifaceted career that spans industries and continents, she is a leading figure in the development and promotion of coaching excellence. Her wide array of coaching credentials demonstrates her deep understanding of the intricacies of the coaching process and her ability to bring forth transformative change using the Solution Focused approach.
Cristina's contributions to the evolution of coaching extend beyond her individual practice. She has been involved in several initiatives such as EMCC Global Research Group, EMCC Global Upskilling Group, Subject Matter Expert with ICF Global on coaching supervision. Currently, Cristina serves as the President-Elect of ICF Germany, demonstrating her leadership and vision for the future of coaching in her region. Most importantly, she has written and implemented COACH-IT, a digital learning platform aimed at enhancing digital skills for coaches. The project was finances by the European Union via ErasmusPlus, and has been the first of its kind.
Furthermore, Cristina has contributed to the knowledge base of coaching with the published book on team coaching – Solution Focused Team Coaching in collaboration with Kirsten Dierolf. That will be followed by a book on Solution Focused Coaching Supervision

Silvia King

Silvia King is an enthusiastic empowerer of people and a Positive Psychology Coach. She is a PhD candidate with Heriot Watt University, exploring Coaching Psychology in a Middle East context, and holds an MA/lic.oec.publ. from the University of Zurich and an MSc in Applied Positive Psychology and Coaching Psychology (MAPPCP) from the University of East London. She is a graduate member of the British Psychological Society (GMBPsS) and an EMCC-accredited Senior Practitioner coach with a range of complementary qualifications. She has over 20 years’ experience at every level of seniority and with a focus on cross-cultural corporate contexts, coaching, developing and delivering leadership trainings and wellbeing programmes. Her publications include peer-reviewed academic journal articles and book chapters.

Jannie Stricker

Dr Mariangela Lundgren-Resenterra

Dr. Mariangela Lundgren-Resenterra is an EMCC Global accredited coach and holds a Master’s in Applied Positive Psychology and Coaching psychology from the University of East London. She was a Senior Lecturer in HR Management and Organisational Behaviour at the University of Applied Sciences and Arts, Western Switzerland, at their Business School for over 12 years. She works now as a coach and independent researcher. Her research interests centre on the application of critical realism and realist social theory in the areas of coaching and academic development. Her publications and presentations include student employability, leadership and academic supervision development. Her latest published paper concerns integrating and normalising the coaching practice in academic supervision.

Ivan Yong Wei Kit

Ivan is the founder of Nanyang Angelz, an angel investment group and Corporate Disruptor Forum, a leading voice in corporate venturing and innovation. He is also an Adjunct Professor with UNITAR International University (Entrepreneurship & Social Innovation), a startup mentor for MDEC (an agency of the Malaysian Government), speaker at startup events i.e. StartupLand Egypt and organizer of “Founder-Funder” meet with corporations such as Zurich Insurance, Volkswagen and Hong Kong Science & Technology Park. As the founding VP of Social Responsibility Initiatives (SRI) of EMCC APR & Head of EMCC Global SRI Workgroup, Ivan has initiated various global projects in Nigeria, Uganda, Malaysia, Hong Kong with the purpose of “democratizing coaching” for the underprivileged youth, women and disabled graduates. Ivan is also an experienced organizational psychologist in helping Fortune 500 select, recruit and develop human capital with the use of psychometric tools. Dr Eleftheria Egel

Eleftheria has devoted her career to working with women entrepreneurs from around the world enhancing their human and professional capacity and building mission-driven businesses. Her latest entrepreneurial endeavour is EOS Academy; a pre-seed online learning platform for women social entrepreneurs. She is Board Member of One Planet Education Networks , Advisory Board Member of Ethics International Press and Past Board Member of the MSR Interest Group of the Academy of Management. Her scholarly research is primarily focused on leader & leadership development. Her current academic project is the publication of a book on Inner Development Goals.

Eleftheria is a fervent community supporter. Among others, she co-founded the initiative #SheHustlesAfrica in Nigeria together with the indigenous NGO AKAWI to assist local women entrepreneurs solve business challenges and grow. She also provides counsel, pitching guidance and assistance with fostering a success mindset to early stage startup founders in Founder Institute in Germany.

Dr Jane Gaukroger

Jane is a very experienced EMCC qualified coach, leadership and organizational development consultant and researcher. She brings a particular focus to leading wisely in complexity and holds a PhD in organizational wisdom. Her early career was spent in HR management in the public and private sectors before moving into consultancy with global firms KPMG and Towers Perrin and then setting up the consultancy Cultivating Wisdom. In the UK she has worked with a very diverse range of clients across sectors including central government, the NHS, universities, financial services and a number of charities. She has also worked internationally in manufacturing, finance, energy and technology sectors. She leads cross- sectoral leadership programs with the Whitehall and Industry Group which focus on building collaboration.

Dr Rebecca Newton

Dr. Rebecca Newton is an Organisational Psychologist and Senior Visiting Fellow at the London School of Economics and Political Science in the Department of Management, and teaches on the Accelerated Leadership Program at Harvard Law School. She has spent 20 years researching and teaching on leadership, change, and management practice at the LSE.

For the last two decades, Rebecca has coached and advised leaders and teams on organisational change, culture, leadership, communication and influence. Rebecca is the Founder and CEO of CoachAdviser and works with firms and corporate clients globally.

Johnny Craike

Luca De Gaudenzi

Luca De Gaudenzi is a Chartered Business Coach™ (WABC Accredited) an EMCC EIA Senior Practitioner and an EMCC ESIA Supervisor. He supports clients in delicate professional and personal transitions through 1to1 and team coaching, mentoring and supervision initiatives.

Luca started his career at Andersen Consulting – Accenture in the Change Management where he focused on the Human Impact of Innovation and Process & Technology Transformation. In 2006 Luca launched his own practice based in Italy -DeGa- providing professional services both in large international and national companies and to private clients.

Luca has contributed to coaching culture diffusion in Italy by collaborating with an Italian pioneer coaching school. Luca was a member of the European Mentoring and Coaching Council Italian scientific committee where now plays as a Supervisor Volunteer and he is an associate in Weplusnetwork.

Dr. Joana Suta

Dr. Joana Suta has a Doctorate of Philosophy, Ph.D Centre of Research and Msc in Organizational Psychology (La Sapienza University-Rome/Italy). She attended a High Specialisation course in Business Coaching Psychology at “European University” (recognised by ICF International) and has a Master in “Human Resources management” from Formamentis SPA (Rome/Italy).

Joana is Certified Senior Business Psychologist by ABP Association and she is currently a lecturer at the faculty of Business and Management at BPP University, London, UK.

She worked as Research Assistant for the International Centre of Coaching at Oxford Brookes University, UK in the project “Coaching Conversations in Business Coaching Psychology” led by Prof. Tatiana Bachkirova and Prof Peter Jackson.

During her career as a consultant/researcher, she has managed projects while delivering and sharing results with stakeholders, helping them to gain new insight on their business and organisation efficiency. Audrey Burke-McCarthy

Audrey Burke-McCarthy is a leadership and executive coach, and a team development facilitator. She has nearly thirty years’ experience of working across a wide range of industries and roles. Other than coaching, her roles have included international marketing, senior leadership, performance management and general management roles.
Her coaching client portfolio includes organisations across many sectors including pharma and bio pharma, financial services, health, professional services, engineering, manufacturing, construction, med devices, environmental, call centres, ICT and retail banking.
Audrey holds an MBA, an Advanced Diploma in Personal and Executive Coaching, a degree in Marketing, Institute of Training and Development and Project Management certification, and is EQ-i 2.0 & EQ-i 360 certified. Ksenija Genc Novak

Ksenija is executive leadership, business and career development coach/mentor for transitions and new beginnings. After more than thirty years of corporate and entrepreneurial experience in management and boards of several industries creating strategic development and growth of marketing, sales and business controlling, she found her calling to help develop new generations of high performing, conscious and emotionally intelligent executives and leaders thru coaching and mentoring. Jane Booth performed for over 30 years as principal clarinettist with Orchestras based in the UK, Europe and Canada. Her professional practice has evolved and is now rooted in Executive Coaching and Organisational Development. Severin attributed his participation in Vistage monthly executive coaching and peer groups as one of his business leadership success factors. In 2010, Severin became a Vistage Chair (2010-2018) coaching one-to-one and facilitating executive peer groups, earning the "Vistage Rookie of the Year Chair Award" and “Mentor Chair” designations. Today, Severin has 8,000+ hours of paid executive coaching and 800+ hours of coach training such as ICF ACSTH Certified Executive Coach, Certified Organizational Development Coach, Certified Life Coach, Certified Positive Intelligence Coach; IAC Masters Practitioner. Dr Suzy Green

Dr Suzy Green is a Clinical and Coaching Psychologist (MAPS) and Founder & CEO of The Positivity Institute, a Sydney-based positively deviant organisation dedicated to the research and application of the science of optimal human functioning in organisations and schools. She is a leader in the complementary fields of Coaching Psychology and Positive Psychology having conducted a world- first study on evidence-based coaching as an Applied Positive Psychology. Suzy has published over twenty academic chapters and peer reviewed journal articles including the Journal of Positive Psychology. She is the co-editor of “Positive Psychology Coaching in Practice” (Green & Palmer, 2018), “Positive Psychology Coaching in the Workplace” (Smith, Boniwell & Green, 2021) and “The Positivity Prescription” (Green, 2019). Suzy lectured on Applied Positive Psychology as a Senior Adjunct Lecturer in the Coaching Psychology Unit, University of Sydney for ten years and is an Honorary Vice President of the International Society for Coaching Psychology. Suzy is an Honorary Visiting Professor at the University of East London and holds Honorary Academic positions at the Centre for Wellbeing Science, University of Melbourne, the Black Dog Institute and she is an Affiliate of the Institute for Well-Being, Cambridge University. Suzy is also a member of the Scientific Advisory Board for Coach Hub, a leading global coaching technology platform. Suzy is an official ambassador for the Starlight Children’s Foundation and she maintains a strong media profile appearing on television, radio and in print.

Brett Anderson-Terry

Drawing on 25-years of business consulting in both the corporate and governments sectors within
Sub-Saharan Africa and Europe, Brett brings a depth of understanding across a wide range of
cultures and business environments. His experience as an entrepreneur, having founded, built and
sold a television production company, informs both his strategic insight as coach, but also knowledge
in business leadership and communication. Brett is a transition coach and organisational change
practitioner with a special interest in navigating the complexities around transitions towards
sustainable futures.

Brett is a founding member and director of LifeLab, a coaching organisation that enables leaders,
teams and organisations to navigate transitions through individual and group coaching. He holds a
Post Graduate Diploma in Sustainable Development, cum laude, from the Sustainability Institute at
Stellenbosch University. Brett is a Master NLP Practitioner and Coach, accredited by the American

Pam Moore

Pam assists executives in their career planning and transitions. Thinking strategically about their
careers is not a pressing issue for most executives neither are they prepared for the challenges that
career transitions present. Having a professional partner lead them through an intuitive and analytical
process enables them to better manage the issues they confront.
The work is grounded in theory and more than 30 years’ experience in working in and consulting to
blue chip and private companies. At the climax of an executive corporate career Pam combined HR
and coaching with strategic planning and capital investment analysis.
Pam acquired an MBA from the University of Cape Town Graduate School of Business (UCT-GSB)
that developed her strategic skills and futures orientation. She has lectured on an MBA programme,
mentored on an entrepreneurial elective at UCT-GSB and guest lectured executive education
programmes at the UCT-GSB and Stellenbosch Business School. She is a certified Senior
Practitioner with the European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC Global).

Lorenzo Pia

Lorenzo is an Assistant Professor and a Research Group Coordinator at the Psychology Department, University of Turin. Lorenzo's research aims at understanding the neurocognitive mechanisms underlying bodily self-consciousness and food/wine processing. His scientific production includes >150 publications (e.g. Science, Curr Bio) for >3400 citations and H-index=30 (Scholar). His grant portfolio includes several national/international institutions (e.g. CNR, RoyalSociety). Joana Suta

Joana has a Doctorate of Philosophy, Ph.D Centre of Research and Msc in Organizational Psychology (La Sapienza University-Rome/Italy). She attended a High Specialisation course in Business Coaching Psychology at “European University” (recognised by ICF International) and has a Master in “Human Resources management” from Formamentis SPA (Rome/Italy).
Joana is Certified Senior Business Psychologist by ABP Association and she is currently a lecturer at the faculty of Business and Management at BPP University, London, UK.
She worked as Research Assistant for the International Centre of Coaching at Oxford Brookes University, UK in the project “Coaching Conversations in Business Coaching Psychology” led by Prof. Tatiana Bachkirova and Prof Peter Jackson.
During her career as a consultant/researcher, she has managed projects while delivering and sharing results with stakeholders, helping them to gain new insight on their business and organisation efficiency. She has worked for private and public sector organisations providing high-impact organisational efficiency solutions.

Luca De Gaudenzi

Luca is a Chartered Business Coach™ (WABC Accredited) an EMCC EIA Senior Practitioner and an EMCC ESIA Supervisor. He supports clients in delicate professional and personal transitions through 1to1 and team coaching, mentoring and supervision initiatives. Luca started his career at Andersen Consulting – Accenture in the Change Management where he focused on the Human Impact of Innovation and Process & Technology Transformation. In 2006 Luca launched his own practice based in Italy -DeGa- providing professional services both in large international and national companies and to private clients.
Luca has contributed to coaching culture diffusion in Italy by collaborating with an Italian pioneer coaching school. Luca is a member of the European Mentoring and Coaching Council Italian scientific committee and an associate in Weplusnetwork.
Luca conceived and helped carry out some research projects combining coaching, supervision and neurosciences.

Dr Sean O'Connor

Over the last 12 years Sean has worked with many Directors, Executives and Senior Leaders, both individually and in groups, to provide leadership development through coaching and training programs. He has worked broadly in IT, Law, Finance, Telecommunications, Corporate services, Academia and across the public sector. He also lectures, and runs coaching research at Sydney University in the Coaching Psychology Unit, training and developing new coaches as part of the Masters of Coaching Psychology. Sean has worked with senior executive and leadership teams helping them to develop and better deal with complexity in the work place and shift climate through organisational change projects. Jane Booth

Jane’s career straddles musical performance, education and coaching. For almost 30 years Jane performed and recorded internationally as a clarinettist. Both as an orchestral player and chamber musician she experienced at first hand the thrills and challenges of the classical music world.

Her passion for nurturing the growth of others led to the development of a renowned professional training programme in Orchestral Performance at the Abbaye Aux Dames, Saintes, France. Jane subsequently led the historical performance department at London’s Guildhall School of Music & Drama for over a decade.

Moving into a newly-created role she now Heads the Guildhall Coaching Associates leading a distinguished Faculty of Executive Coaches providing coaching-inspired training. This includes a suite of EMCC- accredited programmes, a programme of CPD, Organisational Development work, and research into Leadership from the Performance Platform.

Jane’s clients are predominantly Senior Leaders and those moving into Senior Leadership positions.

Donna Wilcox

Donna Wilcox is a recent graduate of the Applied Positive Psychology and Coaching Psychology, Master of Science degree at the University of East London. Donna is passionate about research in areas such as cognitive psychology, embodied music cognition, and coaching. She has completed projects and internships using music with senior citizens and worked as a research assistant and program coordinator for studies on mindfulness, nutrition, lifestyle, and cognitive decline. Her coaching practice focuses on exploring barriers and challenges, creating change, and tapping into intuition. She is a compassionate active listener who maintains a curious presence during sessions.

Martine Bizouard

Martine Bizouard is a coach and supervisor with experience over 15 years in the field. Her background includes managing high level experts, adjunct professor with a leading business school and volunteer local CEO of a global NGO. Martine is accredited as Supervisor (ESIA), Master Practitioner (EIA), and Master Certified Coach (MCC -ICF). She co-authored a research published in Coaching Supervision : Voices from the Americas and pursues doctoral studies in France. She holds degrees in coaching, psychotherapy, supervision and engineering and an MBA.

Martine is a dedicated mother of 3 adults. She enjoys the mountain where she spends as much time as the busy Paris life lets her.

Patrycja Sowa is a Psychologist and accredited Executive Coach.
